La Fogata India Bella Mezcal
This Mezcal receives a thirteen month rest in a charred ex-bourbon barrel. Very uncommon and very affordable, it retains all of that smoke, citrus, vanilla and pepper but gets a rounded caramel smoothness thanks to the oak aging.
