Barrel Aging and Winemaking

Typical of Napa Valley. The grapes and the fruit are very powerful, yet complex. Aged 20 months in French oak barrel its well integrated oak and sizable structure give it weight and breadth, as well as age-worthy intrigue. Red currant and cedar mark the flavor profile. This wine is full bodied and ripe, yet able to hold its considerable power in check. 

Food Pairing

Exceptionally well paired with filet mignon or a blue cheese hamburger.
