Distilled by 4th generation mezcalero and magueyero Oscar Hernandez Santiago. Born and raised in Matatlan, he was taught how to make mezcal by his mother when he was 14 years old. Since then he has planted maguey and produced mezcals. The distilleries Agave Gin was developed by students of Oaxaca state university.
