This 2-3 year old whiskey has been finished in hand-selected French Grenache Rosé Wine Casks from the Southern Rhône region. Penelope Rosé Cask Finished Bourbon is made from a Four Grain Mash Bill consisting of 75% Corn, 15% Wheat, 7% Rye, and 3% Malted Barley. Penelope Bourbon Rosé Cask Finish is Non-Chill Filtered, bottled at 94 Proof
