2002 Vintage, aged for a minimum of 15 years in the cool northern climate of Orkney causing this whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavor. Sherry seasoned European and American refill casks. 

Flavor profile: Toffee, dark chocolate, winter spices, heather honey, aromatic peat smoke, slight saltiness.
