Widow Jane Rye Mash combines a traditional rye whiskey mash bill with ex-bourbon casks to give a flavoursome but much lighter experience than normal rye whiskey. Gone are the intense rye and spiced oak flavours, but in their stead comes in light fresh herbal rye flavours. Almost gin meets bourbon. Interesting!.
