According to New York State law,L&P Wines & Liquors can only accept the return of defective goods. We will gladly offer a replacement of the same item or a store credit. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange or store credit.
