We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We will investigate any privacy breaching with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy
According to the New York State law, L&P Wines & Liquors can only accept the return of defective goods. We will gladly offer a replacement of the same item or a store credit. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange or store credit.
We ship via Fedex: Ground home Delivery (4business days), Express Saver (3 business days), 2 Day (2 business days) and Overnight (1 business day).
Fedex shipping options and rates will be calculated at check out.
A signature of someone 21 years of age or older will be required at delivery. All shipments will have and “Adult Signature Required” sticker. Fedex is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. We do NOT ship internationally.
