ST George Single Malt Lot 19
For our 2019 release (Lot 19), Dave ventured deep into the far corners of our whiskey library and drew from a selection of barrels ranging 5–20 years in age. Cooperage included used Kentucky bourbon cask, used Port cask, used California Sauternes-style cask, and used sherry cask.
