Electric Owl is Virgil Kaine’s second limited-release product. It's a nine-year-old sour mash whiskey that has been finished in barrels from Charleston’s Revelry Brewing Company.The barrels they settled on first held a pinot noir from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The barrels were then filled with Wild Farmhouse Ale made by Revelry Brewing, and then were used to finish the Electric Owl Bourbon.
